Having stayed in different 4 stars hotels in London, personally I think they should learn from this hotel. The room is large, clean (very important) and provide everything you need. I really appreciate the warm welcome note. The staff is smart and efficient, they know what they are doing unlike those in other hotels who need to check with someone else all the time. Overall a very nice experience.
I stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities offered many useful services. What stood out most was the care and professionalism of the staff, especially Kristina. She welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we needed — a level of attention, care and professionalism that is rare to find. The location is also excellent and very convenient. Highly recommended.
This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.
My daughter and I stayed cor the weekend to attend an event at the O2 arena. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant the first night and breakfast both mornings which had a great choice. The room was very spacious. The underground station was within walking distance and the o2 arena was just one stop away. We would definitely stay again.
We booked a last minute stay at the Hilton Canary Wharf to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had a King Executive Room. What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful touch from the team! They decorated our room so beautifully and surprised us with a cake and a chilled bottle of Prosecco. It was such a awesome gesture that made us feel truly valued and celebrated. The Executive Lounge was a great bonus, offering a relaxing space with nice food and drink options. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely keen to make our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — thank you to everyone at Hilton Canary Wharf for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back! (Just need someone to look after the kids)
I had a great stay here and felt like a valued guest and HH member. Pros - Room was lovely (and appreciated the upgrade!) and the gym is well equipped. I know some reviews say not enough equipment to do a full workout but unless you’re a total gym bunny there is plenty. The bonus of sauna and steam room was a massive plus. Service was great from welcome to when I left. Breakfast - Very solid Hilton offering which included veggie sausages. Executive lounge - I thinking solid and offered some hot food and canapés, plus alcoholic drinks between 1800-2000. Worth a visit and was averagely busy but if hotel is full the recommend get there for 1800! Sauna and steam room - check the times they open as closes midday. They are just off the main gym and has changing rooms and a shower. There are lockers but no keys but I brought a small bag down with me and left just outside the steam room. Cons - none! Is a great hotel! I really enjoyed my visit, helped by great service, nice lounge and the steam room was a treat in central London.
Lovely hotel. Stayed here a few times recently. Friendly staff and excellent service. Asked for greek yoghurt at breakfast and they didn't have any, so they bought some for the rest of our stay. Above and beyond!
My room was very spacious, surprisingly so for London, even if it was Canary Wharf. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of pastries and a cooked breakfast
